Local player brings home the trophy
23rd May 2012 Aliecia Freeman (Toowoomba City) left the field behind in Bronze 1, Div 2 at the recently completed Country Women's Golf Championships being held at Townsville & Rose Bay Golf Clubs. Her scores of 96 & 103 gross won her the gross in her Division, only missing the overall Bronze Championship Trophy by 1 point!!! Well done. A small contingent of District players ventured to the warmer climes for the event. |  |
